Self Retracting Lines
Self-retracting lifelines or lanyards (SRL), also known as fall arrest blocks, are a hands-free safety device to allow a user to move freely around a limited area of their work site. Made up of either a fixed length of webbing, cord or wire rope, its design allows the line to unreel and retract automatically into the housing, ensures there is no slack, and thus keeping potential fall distances to a minimum. SRLs vary in size from 1.5m, right up to 65m!
